Do you quote frozen food shipping supplies?
We quote bulk gel packs and insulated supplies for review against your frozen-food packing plan. Share the required temperature, transit time and current refrigerant. Standard water-based gel packs are not a substitute for dry ice in every shipment.
Can I request ice packs for shipping fish or seafood?
Yes. Tell us the seafood type, payload weight, box size and current pack size. We can compare supply quotes; temperature performance depends on the full tested packing setup.
Do I need a foam cooler or a box liner?
That depends on your box, insulation needs, route and packing process. Share what you use now. We can quote foam coolers or liners for you to compare with that setup.
Can shipping gel packs touch unpacked meat or fish?
They are shipping refrigerants, not food-contact packaging. Keep goods in appropriate sealed food packaging and follow the supplied product instructions and your packing procedures.
